Tjiamogale Eric Manchidi, Pr. CPMChief Executive Officer
MSc (Building), BSc (Building)

Tjiamogale Eric Manchidi is the Chief Executive Officer of PD Consulting and responsible for the project and programme management practice areas. He is Professional Construction Project Manager registered with the South African Council for Project and Construction Management Professions (SACPCMP).

He brings over 23 years of interdisciplinary skills and experience in the management various stages of large scale infrastructure projects delivery processes. He has advised on and prepared complex feasibility studies, business plans and delivered large scale projects, including Public-Private Partnerships, that engaged a broad array of policy analysis and regulatory issues.

He has also been extensively involved in public sector procurement reform; construction industry reform and enterprise development across various sectors of the economy. He currently serves as the fourth term President of the SACPCMP and as a board member of the Construction Industry Development Board. He has BSc (Building) and MSc (Building) degrees from the University of the Witwatersrand.
George MbuthiaGeneral Manager
MSc (Construction Management), MBA

George has significant experience in infrastructure development, management consulting, business development and research. He has extensive experience in project financial analysis, structuring and modelling; projects audits and evaluation; and in impact assessments and planning.

George provides specialist input in project and programme management, business development and construction and property industry issues. He lectures part-time in property development, project and programme management and research and has also researched and published in the above fields.
Johan Broens, Pr. EngEngineering & Infrastructure Management
MSc (Structural Eng.) BSc. (Civil Eng.), BCom.

Johan is a professional engineer registered with Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA). He holds MSc (Structural Engineering) and BCom Honours degrees. Johan is well-versed in all aspects of engineering, from pre-feasibility studies, project management and planning, and structural analysis using various finite element software programs. Johan has significant experience in the design and construction supervision of building and civil engineering projects. He has worked in the mining, energy, transport and home-building sectors amongst others.
Joseph MuturiIndustry & Enterprise Development
MBA, B Com. (Accounting and Business Management)

Joseph is a business development, business conceptualisation and plan development specialist and has acted in consulting capacities for local, international and business persons in these roles. Joseph has a broad exposure on socio-economic issues and their impact on entrepreneurial development and business, and vice versa. He has managed and authored numerous industry studies, including analyses of the mass grocery, motor body repair, poultry and food & beverages manufacturing sectors.

Joseph has a MBA specialising in business development and a B. Com degree in Accounting and Business Management. He is currently pursuing his Chartered Financial Institute Qualification.
Sydney MaeselaRegional & Spatial Economic Development
PG Development Planning, B Com. (Economics and Statistics)

Sydney is an economist and policy analyst, and his focus areas are regional and local economic development, institutional economics, policy analysis, alignment of policies and plans, growth and development strategies, and programme management.

He has been involved in developing strategies for the revitalisation of distressed mining communities, the development of local economic development strategies, and in formulating and aligning economic growth and development plans, strategies and policies for regional and local governments.
Kedibone NgobeniInformation & Communications Technology Manager
BSc. (Geography and Statistics), B Com. Hons. (Informatics), MBL

Kedibone Ngobeni is an Information and communications technology manager at PD Consulting. She has accumulated extensive experience in information systems management, Geographic Information Systems (GIS) as well as data management. Kedibone holds a BSc (Geographical Sciences and Statistics), BCom Informatics (Honours) degrees from the University of Pretoria, and the Master of Business Leadership degree from Unisa Graduate School of Business Leadership.
